Harpreet Singh alias Happy Passia, wanted for multiple grenade attacks in Punjab, has been arrested in the U.S. by ICE. Linked to ISI and Khalistani terror outfits, Passia was on the NIA's most-wanted list with a ₹5 lakh bounty.
