This exquisite vehicle, featuring astunning design by Pininfarina is highly coveted among collectors. With only 353 models produced between 1955 and 1960, the Ferrari 250 GT stands as a rare gem in the automotive world.
The black coupe is equipped with wire-spoke wheels and is the 11th model of its kind. First unveiled at the 1958 Paris Motor Show, it was powered by a robust 12-cylinder engine that produces 240 horsepower. This two-door model replaced earlier designs by Ferrari, highlighting the creative prowess of the Pininfarina design studio. A Christies spokesperson confirmed that the car still retains its original engine, adding to its allure.
Christies has not revealed how long Jolie has owned the vehicle or whether she ever drove it. Nevertheless, the auction house estimates that the Ferrari will fetch between 600,000 (approximately IN 5.5 crore) and 800,000 (around IN 7.3 crore).
