In a landmark decision that significantly impacts the ongoing ICICI Bank-Videocon loan fraud case, the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property (ATFP) has firmly established that former ICICI Bank CEO and Managing Director, Chanda Kochhar, received a ₹64 crore bribe as a direct "quid pro quo" for the sanctioning of a ₹300 crore loan to the Videocon group.
