The worst operational crisis has hit IndiGo, India's largest domestic carrier, resulting in a huge wave of flight cancellations and delay.

An IndiGo flight from Delhi to Srinagar was caught in severe mid-air turbulence, causing panic among passengers and damaging the aircraft's nose. All 227 onboard landed safely after the pilot declared an emergency.
