The foreign ministers of the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (Quad) nations – Australia, India, Japan, and the United States – have unequivocally condemned the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, and called for the perpetrators to be brought to justice "without any delay."
